This Privacy Policy explains how the DENNIS LAW mobile game for iOS and Android (the “Game”) and this website handle information. The Game is owned by Dennis Law and developed and published by LAAK RICHARD BRANDS LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Information we collect

We do not collect personal information through the Game. The Game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone, and it does not read advertising or device identifiers.

2. Information stored on your device

To let you continue where you left off, the Game saves the following only on your device:

• your progress through the five cases and your casebook entries;
• your settings, such as text size, sound and reduced motion.

This information is never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the Game removes it.

3. Analytics, advertising and tracking

The Game contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking tools, and it does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

4. Apple and Google

When you download the Game or join a beta (TestFlight or Google Play testing), Apple or Google process information under their own privacy policies — for example, your download record or crash reports you have chosen to share with them. They may give us aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as the number of installs or crash counts) that do not identify you.

5. In-app purchases

This version has no in-app purchases. If optional purchases are added in a future version, payments will be handled entirely by Apple or Google; we will never receive your card or bank details. We will update this policy before any such change.

6. This website

dennislaw.laakrichard.com is a static website. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. If you email us, we use your message and email address only to reply.

7. Children

The Game is suitable for a general audience. Because we collect no personal information, we do not knowingly collect information from children of any age.

8. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data from the Game, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, contact us and we will do so. You may also contact the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

9. Security

Game data stays in your device’s app storage, protected by your device’s own security. This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
