These Terms apply to the DENNIS LAW game (the “Game”) and this website. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to them. The Game is owned by Dennis Law and developed and published by LAAK RICHARD BRANDS LTD.
1. Not legal advice
DENNIS LAW is a work of fiction made for learning and entertainment. Characters, cases, scores and outcomes are learning mechanics, not legal predictions or guarantees. Laws have scope and exceptions and change over time. Nothing in the Game or on this website is legal advice, and using them does not create a lawyer–client relationship. For a real legal matter, speak to a qualified lawyer in Ghana.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use, under these Terms and the terms of the App Store or Google Play.
3. Ownership
The Game, its story, characters, artwork, models, music, code, the DENNIS LAW name and logo, and the contents of this website are owned by Dennis Law and LAAK RICHARD BRANDS LTD or their licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. All rights are reserved.
4. What you may not do
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or publicly perform the Game or its content;
- reverse engineer, decompile or extract assets from the Game, except where the law expressly allows it;
- copy, scrape, frame or reuse images, text or code from this website without written permission;
- use the Game or website in any unlawful way.
5. Beta versions
Test versions distributed through TestFlight or Google Play testing are early builds. They may contain bugs, may change or stop working, and are provided for evaluation. Please do not share screenshots or recordings of unreleased features publicly without our permission.
6. Purchases
The Game is free to download. This version has no in-app purchases. Any future purchases will be processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and their refund policies will apply.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Game and website are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you make based on the Game’s content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
8. Apple-specific terms
If you obtained the Game from the App Store, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is not responsible for any claims relating to the Game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
9. Changes and law
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
